Client: WFO Concepts

Project Scope: Serve as project manager for ecommerce website redesign and ongoing website assistance and support.

Notes: WFO Concepts is a custom 4-wheel drive parts fabricator and retailer. They have a large ecommerce website where they sell both their own parts and those of a few other select manufacturers. WFO’s website is maintained by a large ecommerce website company. Recently, WFO Concepts decided that it was time for a complete website redesign. WFO hired me to help them with the project. I served as ‘project manager’ for WFO on the job and was the liaison between WFO and their website company. On the front side, the website was made responsive and redesigned with a new look. On the back side, the website went through major changes on how products are entered, managed, and displayed.
